All services are provided according to the package or proposal agreed upon with the client.

Payments

Payment is due according to the pricing and billing schedule presented at the time of purchase.

Project setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recurring services are billed in advance on the agreed billing schedule.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, requested content, account access, and approvals necessary to complete the project.

Project delays caused by missing client information may extend delivery timelines.

Revisions

Projects include the number of revisions outlined in the selected package or proposal. Additional revisions or requested changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of the content they provide.

Ownership of completed website files, graphics, and deliverables transfers after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers, including Shopify, Google, Meta, domain registrars, website hosts, appointment systems, and other software providers.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Search Engine Performance

While we follow recognized SEO best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, leads, or sales. Search engine algorithms are outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hearthstone Supply LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting to our website.
