Refund Policy

At Hearthstone Supply LLC, we strive to provide high-quality digital services. Because our work involves time, planning, and customized deliverables, refunds are limited.

Setup Services

Website design, SEO setup, Google Business Profile setup, social media setup, and similar one-time services begin shortly after purchase.

Once work has started, setup fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Services

Monthly management services are billed in advance.

Payments already processed are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

Clients may cancel future billing according to our Cancellation Policy.

Consultations

Business Growth Consultation fees are non-refundable if the consultation has already taken place.

If canceled with sufficient notice under our Cancellation Policy, consultations may be rescheduled.

Custom Work

Because every project is customized for each client, completed work is not eligible for refunds.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

Any approved refund exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of Hearthstone Supply LLC and do not establish an obligation to provide future refunds.
