Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs change. This policy explains how cancellations are handled for our services.

One-Time Services

Orders for one-time setup services may be canceled before work begins.

Once work has started, setup fees become non-refundable.

Monthly Services

Monthly website management, SEO, social media management, and similar recurring services may be canceled at any time by providing written notice before your next billing date.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing period.

Services remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.

Client Accounts

Upon cancellation, ownership of your website, domain, social media accounts, Google Business Profile, and other client-owned assets remains with you, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid.

Third-party subscriptions such as Shopify, domain registration, website hosting, email services, or software subscriptions remain the client’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Consultation Appointments

Consultations may be rescheduled if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full consultation fee.

Outstanding Balances

Cancellation does not eliminate responsibility for unpaid invoices or services already provided.
